Plain Weave
Plain Weave ลักษณะอาจจะคล้ายกับการทอผ้าทั่วไป ในแต่ละขั้นตอน โดยการนำลวดเส้นกว้างลอดข้างใต้ จากนั้นวางข้ามเส้นไปเรื่อยๆ โดยโครงสร้างจะเป็นแบบลักษณะขึ้น 1 ลง 1 ทั้งในลอดแบบตั้งและแบบนอน ลักษณะช่องจะเป็นสี่เหลี่ยมจตุรัส รับกับสิ่งที่จะมาปะทะกับตัวตะแกรง ความละเอียดของตะแกรงที่สามารถทอได้สูงสุดสำหรับลาย
Twilled Weave
ตะแกรงลวดสแตนเลส แบบ Twilled Dutch Weave เป็นตะแกรงลวดสแตนเลส ที่มีลักษณะการทอคล้ายกับตะแกรงลวดสแตนเลส แบบ Plain Dutch Weave โดยเส้นลวดในประกอบด้วยข้างละ 2 เส้น จะสลับกันไปเรื่อยๆ ทำให้มีความสามารถในการกรองสูงกว่าตะแกรงลวดสแตนเลส แบบ Plain Dutch Weave
Plain Dutch Weave
Plain Dutch Weave ลักษณะการทอคล้ายกับ Plain Weave แต่มีการทอเพิ่มขึ้นอีก 1 ชั้น เป็นการทอแบบ 2 ชั้น โดยโครงสร้างจะเป็นแบบลักษณะ ขึ้น 1 ลง 1 การทอจะใช้เส้นลวดด้านหนึ่งที่มีขนาดใหญ่และระหว่างห่างมากกว่า เส้นลวดที่ตัดกันในแนวขวาง ส่วนอีกด้านหนึ่งการทอจะใช้เส้นลวดที่มีขนาดเล็ก (ละเอียด) และระยะห่างน้อยจะเรียงชิดกันเส้นต่อเส้น จึงทำให้เกิดช่องชิดกันมีความหนาแน่นความแข็งแรงและทนทาน
Twilled Dutch
ตะเเกรงลวด สแตนเลส Twilled Dutch Weave เป็นตะแกรงลวดสแตนเลส ที่มีลักษณะการทอคล้ายกับ ตะแกรงลวดสะแตนเลส แบบ Plain Dutch Weave โดยเส้นลวดในแนวขวางจะทอครั้งละ 2 เส้น และสลับกันไปเรื่อยๆ ทำให้มีความสามารถในการกรองสูงกว่า ตะแกรงลวดสแตนเลสแบบ Plain Dutch Weave
Arch Crimped Screen
Wire is crimped only at cross position in this way of weaving.
Because it's possible to keep exact aperture for this screen, it is used as test sieve generally.
Crimped Screen
There is more than 2 crimped weaves between each wires. It is mainly used as grilling or for cover.
Its open area tend to be large, but it is not suitable for sieving.
Flat Top Screen

Because surface of screen is flat, there are 'concavity and convexity' only in reverse side.
This screen is used for sieving from middle size to large size agglomerate.
Is it possible to use long lifetime, because it doesn't occur abrasion intensively at cross position of wires. |
Ton-Cap® Screen
Being formed oblong aperture prevents clogging. And it make capacity of sieving larger.
It is possible to increase open area with using same warp and weft wire as plain weave.
There are two kinds for this screen, round wire for warp and weft, round wire for warp and flat wire for weft.

High open area and only two points of touching wire and clods. It makes clear clogging problem.
This screen is suitable for sieving with adhesive clods that contains fluid and clay.
There are two kinds for this screen, round wire for warp and weft, round wire for warp and flat wire for weft, called Special Ty-Rod® .
As for Special Ty-Rod®, it is made up by special hard wires of round and flat wires.
Wedge Mesh Screen
Unique shape of wires of this screen make it possible to separate clods and fluid easily.
This screen is made up by wedge shape wire and half round wire.

Name of Durmalloy stands for 'Durable Magnetic Alloy'.
In case wire mesh would be broken in customer's sieving machine, there is high possibility to collect broken wire if it is Durmalloy.
